Interested in trying out Dream Dinners Meal Kits?  Do you get home late from work?  Are you running around all day and by the time you get home, you're too tired to start prepping a meal?  Or do you sometimes have a great dinner idea in mind and when you look in the kitchen you realize you don't have all of the ingredients you need?

Speaking from experience, this happens all too often and so running through a drive thru it is.  Unfortunately, that is not always the healthiest option and as a mother to 2 young boys, I want them to eat the healthiest meals possible without breaking the bank.

Meeting Stephanie, the owner of Dream Dinners Redlands, a meal prep store, was definitely a dream come true.  My family and I recently picked up a Meal Prep Starter Pack.  Everything was prepackaged and ready to go when I arrived.  Each meal is labeled and give very clear and simple cooking instructions.  All you have to do is put the meals you plan to cook each week into the refrigerator and let them thaw.  Once you're ready to cook, just follow the instructions.  Simple as that!  All ingredients are pre-measured in bags so you don't have to spend time doing that.

We just tried our first two meals: Cheddar-Filled Mini Meatloaves with Cheesy Stovetop Cauliflower and Chicken with Honey, Garlic & Orange with Roasted Broccoli and they were both big hits with my family.  Dinner was ready to eat within 30 minutes both times.  My kids had never tried cauliflower before and they both ate it without a fight.  My 3 year old made sure to get all of the cheese sauce off of his plate.  Great meals, healthy, fast cook to table time - Dream Dinners is the way to go.
