All participants must be 17 years of age or younger. Birthday e-cards will be emailed roughly about 1 to 2 weeks
prior to the child's birthday month. Grand prize winner's coupons must be redeem on their birthday or within the
birthday month. Varies with each coupon. Parent of the child must be a subscriber with Macaroni Kid Fontana.
If you are not a subscriber with Macaroni Kid Fontana, you will automatically be signed up as a subscriber with
Macaroni Kid Fontana. Included coupons can change at any time. Only one sign up per child. One email can
be used for multiple children if necessary. Child's first name and last initial will be shared on social media and
Macarnoi Kid Fontana website. A child's photo is optional. If you upload your child's photo, you are giving
authorization for Macaroni Kid Fontana to use the picture on the website and social media to announce
the winner and promote the Macaroni Kid Fontana Birthday Club.
